Control belongs with the person whose balance is at stake. Local keys and encrypted recovery are the direction. Clear recovery instructions matter as much as a clean trading screen.
03prove only what is necessary.
A transaction needs to prove authority and preserve value. It should not need to publish a person's whole financial history. Zero-knowledge authorization is the mechanism we intend to build, not a label we attach to an ordinary public swap.
04make the boundaries inspectable.
Privacy claims should survive questions. What remains public? What can a relay see? Who can pause a deposit? A protocol earns trust by answering precisely and naming what is still unfinished.
05build before you promise.
This release is the interface. Contracts, proofs, solver infrastructure and security review still need to follow. We would rather publish an honest status than decorate unfinished work with guarantees.
